Emerald Witch, LaLa is a grade 1 Oracle Think Tank unit. It has a base power of 7000 and 5000 shield. This card will be in the booster set 7: Rampage of the Beast King. Translated ability text:

To state the truth, this card is a little disappointing for me. It's is of RRR rarity but the ability is very situational. The good thing about this card is it's base power of 7000, which can help bring 8k units to 15k to at least do something to 10k vanguards. A good way to using this card is with Sakuya and Luck Bird. You empty your soul with Luck Bird for a draw and draw again with this card. Sakuya can return this card to your hand each time you ride Sakuya so you can use her ability multiple times.
Lore: She is the Witch of the Jasper who manipulates magic of the pure light. She owns the four pronged vajra "Kirameki" (lit. Glitter), which is able to release an incredible amount of magic power. During her training period, she trained with CoCo, because CoCo was transferred due to grade-skipping, LaLa helped her out in getting used to the place. Because of her graceful manners and calm personality, there was rumors about her being a noble, in the end it remained a mystery. The beautiful and stern green light, "Emerald Sparkler" mesmerizes the opponent with it's majestic appearance, it's also said that there are people who would get hit by the light on their own will.
